This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The left side has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
Don't know if you are ever around here any more, but I'm trying to make the rounds and wish my friends happy new year, and you are still on my list of friends So...HAPPY NEW YEAR...here's hoping it's the best ever!

"Learn the rules so you know how to break them properly." The Dalai Lama
Hey again! Thanks so much for stopping by my page and commenting on the photo of the kids with no mouths
Since you asked, I'll try to explain the idea behind that one. It's sort of intended to convey a message much like the Pink Floyd song, "Another Brick In The Wall." I saw this very old stone wall, with a winding path along the top of it, and all those kids just kind of slowly walking down it..looking down as they went. I had the thought that it could be a symbolic image..especially if I removed the mouths. The idea was that the process of socialization..turning kids into "mature" adults can be overdone, and typically is..robbing the individual children of their spirit and their innocence. Sort of saying that the kids are the happy ones, so why is society so intent on changing them? The kids themselves are dependent on the adults, and thus don't really have any say in this..they do as they are told and learn to be what society wants and expects them to be..and they give up a lot in the process. I don't know if that makes any sense..it's just my own interpretation of the image. So, when do we get to see another photo from Melissa??
